Our company possesses extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of probe pin blocks. We achieve small-hole diameters of 0.10mm (±0.01mm) and hole pitches of 0.30mm (±0.02mm); for 0.20mm diameter micro-holes, we can reach depths of up to 5.0mm. We maintain flatness within ±0.03mm across a 150mm x 150mm area without deformation, and can drill up to 5,000 pins in a single block. Commonly used materials include specialized engineering plastics such as TORLON (polyamide-imide), PEEK, PEI, anti-static PEI 420, PPS, ULTEM 1000, ULTEM 230, and anti-static ULTEM 420, enabling us to meet customer needs across the entire product lifecycle—from testing and prototyping to mass production. Typical products include pin blocks for connectors, test sockets, automated testing systems, and test fixtures.
