Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct design work based on customer product applications; 2. Oversee fixture installation, commissioning guidance, and progress tracking; 3. Manage continuous improvement and upgrades of fixtures; 4. Draft technical standards and process documentation for products; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Position Requirements: 1. Associate degree or higher; proficient in common 2D/3D drafting software; 2. Proficient in the development and design of testing fixtures/equipment, including BGA chip testing, IC testing, mobile phone/MID test rigs, LCD/LED display equipment, TP (touch panel) production test equipment, sockets, and camera test fixtures; 3. Possess sound judgment and decision-making skills, execution capabilities, and project organization, coordination, and management skills; 4. Clear thinking, strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to work hard; upright character, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility; willing to follow work arrangements made by superiors. | |||
